The platform is in its launch phase. The details of the platform owner will be published after the legal entity is registered, and the terms will be additionally reviewed by a lawyer.

1. What GHOST.TJ is

GHOST.TJ is an online platform where companies and sole proprietors in Tajikistan find providers of digital services (websites, hosting, CRM, design, marketing, IT support and more) and work with them under a contract.

The platform is not a party to the deal. The service contract is concluded directly between the customer and the contractor. The platform provides the tools: the catalog, requests, messaging, templates of the contract, invoices and acts of acceptance, and reviews.

2. Registration and account

Provide accurate information and confirm your email.
Do not share access to your account with third parties. You are responsible for actions performed in your account.
A company can appoint members with roles: owner, administrator, procurement, finance, viewer.

3. Company verification

You can send requests and exchange messages right after registration. Before verification, a company can have no more than 3 active requests.
Listing services, responding to requests and signing contracts are only possible after document verification (the registration certificate of the sole proprietor or legal entity, TIN).
Verification may be automatic — based on the legal name, TIN and the uploaded registration certificate. In that case the company is marked “Documents uploaded”; after a manual review by the administration — “Company documents verified”. The administration may review the documents later and revoke the status.
Any verification badge is not a guarantee of the quality or timing of the work — assess the contractor by their portfolio, reviews and contract.
Services of verified companies are published immediately after an automatic check for prohibited content; the administration may unpublish them if the rules are broken.
If the customer neither accepts nor returns a delivered milestone within 7 days, the milestone is deemed accepted automatically (the customer receives a reminder in advance).
Requests without an accepted quote are closed automatically after 30 days or after the quote deadline.

4. Requests, the request feed and quick requests

A request can be open (it is visible to verified contractors and to visitors of the public feed, without your company name) or addressed to a single company.
A quick request without registration is handled by a platform manager, who contacts you and helps you find contractors.
Attach to requests only files that you are entitled to share with contractors.

5. Quotes, packages and the contract

The contractor responds to a request with a quote stating the price, timeline and milestones.
When a service package is ordered, the quote is generated automatically at the published package price. The contractor may withdraw it before the customer accepts it.
Once a quote is accepted, a contract is created. The signature mark in the dashboard records the parties' consent; if the law or the parties require a paper signature, print the contract and sign it.
Work is delivered and accepted by milestones. The act of acceptance is generated for the accepted milestones.

6. Payment and commission

The customer pays the contractor's invoices by bank transfer directly to the contractor's bank details. The platform does not accept or hold the parties' money.
The customer enters the bank transaction number in the dashboard, and the contractor confirms receipt of the funds — after that the invoice is marked as paid.
The platform commission is currently 0%. Listing services and responding to requests are free. We will announce any paid features in advance; they will not apply to contracts already concluded.

7. Reviews and rating

Only the customer can leave a review, and only for a completed contract.
A review must be honest and concern the work. Insults, personal data and advertising are removed.
The contractor's response time and number of deals are calculated automatically from platform data.

8. What is prohibited

selling accounts, logins, passwords and access keys, virtual and phone numbers, activating third-party services;
malware, hacking, spam, fake engagement, fraudulent and any illegal services;
placing other people's work in a portfolio, false information about the company;
attempts to move communication off the platform for the purpose of deception, publishing third parties' contacts without their consent.

Every offer is moderated. For violations, the administration may unpublish content, restrict actions or suspend the company.

9. Disputes

A dispute under a contract can be opened in the dashboard. The administration helps the parties sort things out based on the messages, milestones and documents, but is not obliged to make a decision and does not compensate losses: the parties to the contract are responsible for it.

10. Platform liability

The platform is responsible for the operation of its tools and the safety of data within reasonable protective measures. The platform is not responsible for the quality, timing or results of contractors' services, or for the parties' performance of their contractual obligations.

How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the terms

In case of material changes, we will update the version date and notify registered users by email. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the current version.
