What a proposal consists of

1. To whom and for what task

   Name the client and restate the task in your own words: this shows you understood.

2. What you offer

   Briefly: what result the client gets. No generic words like “high quality and on time”.

3. Scope of work

   A list of stages and what each includes. State what is not included separately: it protects both sides.

4. Timeline

   Dates or weeks per stage and what they depend on (client materials, approvals).

5. Price

   Total amount and payment order: prepayment, stages, final settlement. Currency and taxes.

6. Why you

   2–3 similar projects with links and results. Reviews and rating on the platform.

7. Team

   Who will do the work and who stays in touch with the client.

8. Revisions and warranty

   How many revisions are included, support period after delivery.

9. Next step

   What the client needs to provide to start: confirmation, prepayment, materials.

10. Offer validity

    Until what date the price and timeline stay valid.
