1. What this agreement is
This is an agreement between the administration of the GHOST.TJ platform and a company (an LLC or a sole trader) that lists its services on the platform and receives requests. By creating a company on the platform and submitting it for verification, you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement, the Terms of use and the Privacy policy.
2. Who can be listed
- an LLC or sole trader registered in Tajikistan (foreign companies by separate arrangement);
- you are entitled to act on behalf of the company and to accept this agreement;
- you provide accurate data: name, tax ID (9 digits), registration document, contacts.
3. Verification and publication
The platform checks the name, tax ID and registration document. The company and its services are published after verification. The platform may refuse publication if documents are unreadable, do not match the data, or the service is prohibited by the rules (the "What is prohibited" section of the Terms).
Document verification is not a recommendation or a guarantee of the quality of the company's work.
4. Provider obligations
- keep company data, prices and timelines up to date;
- answer requests honestly and within a reasonable time;
- perform accepted proposals and contracts on the stated terms and on time;
- not list prohibited services, third-party materials without rights, or false reviews and portfolios;
- not create fake contracts or inflate the rating and reviews (see the reviews section of the Terms).
5. The role of the platform
The platform provides a service: a catalog, requests, messaging, contracts, invoices and acts, and notifications. The platform is not a party to the deal between the customer and the provider and does not accept or hold the parties' money. Payment goes directly to the provider's account. 6. Cost
At present listing and receiving requests are free and the platform's commission on deals is 0%. If paid services or a commission appear, the platform will notify you at least 30 days in advance and you may withdraw from the listing.
7. Reviews and rating
Customers rate the provider after a completed contract. A company's place in the catalog depends on ratings, response speed, share of completed contracts, profile completeness and a newcomer bonus; company type (LLC or sole trader) does not matter. Suspicious reviews are checked by a moderator. A provider may not influence ratings by dishonest means.
8. Data
Company data is used for verification, publication and running the service and is shown to customers as part of the profile. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy; the consent is here.
9. Liability
The provider is solely responsible to the customer for the quality, timing and result of the work, for the legality of its services and for taxes. The platform is not liable for the parties' losses arising from deals between them, for inaccurate data provided by the provider, or for service interruptions caused by reasons beyond its control. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Suspension and removal
The platform may hide services, restrict the listing or remove the company in case of forged documents, prohibited services, review manipulation, repeated justified complaints or other violations. You may delete the company at any time in your account or write to us; contracts already concluded must be performed.
11. Changes and governing law
The platform may change this agreement by notifying you on the site and by email at least 30 days in advance. If you continue to use the service after that period, you accept the new version. The relationship is governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.
