1. Who gives consent and to whom

By using the GHOST.TJ website (registration, quick request, creating a company, messaging, using the Telegram bot) you freely, of your own will and in your own interest consent to the personal data operator — the administration of the GHOST.TJ platform (the operator) — processing your personal data on the terms below.

2. Which data

name, email, phone, password (as a hash);
company name and details, tax ID, registration documents, address, website, bank details (for providers and organizations);
the text of requests, proposals, messages and reviews, attachments;
technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, actions on the site;
your Telegram identifier if you connected the bot or signed in with Telegram or Google.

3. Purposes

creating and servicing the account and company, verifying documents;
receiving and passing requests, proposals and messages between customers and providers, preparing contracts, invoices and acts;
contacting you: replies to requests, notifications, reminders about tenders and deadlines;
security, preventing fraud and review manipulation, complying with the law;
visit analytics to improve the website (unless you turned it off in the cookie notice).

4. Actions with data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (to the extent and to the persons stated in the Privacy policy), anonymization, blocking and deletion. Processing may be automated or manual.

5. Transfer to third parties and abroad

Data may be transferred to: the other party to a deal (as part of the request or profile), the hosting provider, the email service, Telegram, Google and Yandex (analytics, Google sign-in), Cloudflare (bot protection) and, when the AI support assistant is enabled, the Claude service (Anthropic, USA) to prepare a draft reply. Some of these services are located outside the Republic of Tajikistan. By giving consent you also agree to such transfer.

When you submit a quick request, you separately agree by ticking a box that your name and phone number will be passed to GHOST.TJ partners and other companies on the platform in order to find a contractor for your request. The request is not accepted without this tick. The time of your consent is stored with the request.

6. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid while your account or company exists and afterwards within the retention periods stated in the Privacy policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@ghost.tj or by deleting your account. After withdrawal we will stop processing and delete the data, except data we must keep by law or that is needed to perform contracts already concluded and to prevent abuse.

7. Confirmation

Consent is given by ticking a box or by pressing the registration, request or company-creation button with a reference to this document.
