A short description of how a deal works. The full rules are in the Terms of Use.
1. Request
The customer describes the task, budget and timeline: in the dashboard, through a quick request without registration, or by ordering a service package. The request can be shown to all contractors in the open feed (without the company name) or sent to a single company.
2. Quote
Verified contractors respond with a quote: price, timeline, scope of work and milestone plan. Questions are discussed in the request conversation, where files can also be attached. Quotes are easy to compare in a table.
3. Contract
To accept a quote, the customer company passes document verification. After acceptance, a contract is created and the parties confirm it in the dashboard. The contract can be printed and signed on paper.
4. Milestones and acceptance
The contractor delivers a milestone with a report, and the customer accepts it or returns it with a comment. An act of acceptance is generated for the accepted milestones.
5. Invoice and payment
The contractor issues an invoice, and the customer pays it by bank transfer directly to the contractor's bank details and enters the transaction number. The platform does not accept the parties' money and takes no commission.
6. Review
After the contract is completed, the customer leaves a review. Reviews and the rating are shown on the contractor's page.
7. Prohibited
Accounts, logins and passwords, virtual numbers, activation of third-party services, malware, spam, fraud and any illegal services. More details are in section 8 of the Terms.
