Invitation to Bid for Audit Services — EuropeAid/186255/DD/ACT/TJ

Caritas is an international network with over 180 national member organizations active in the provision of social assistance to vulnerable people. In Tajikistan, Caritas Germany operates since 2007 from its own country office. It has a strong focus on social projects and bases its program on cooperation with skilled local partner organizations.

You are requested to submit a proposal for provision of professional services to conduct audit of the project:

EuropeAid/186255/DD/ACT/TJ for the period 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2028
Project title: "Strengthening Human Rights, Institutional Effectiveness and Legal Development in the Justice System in Tajikistan"

In order to confirm an appropriate expenditure of project funds of the above-mentioned project financed by EU EuropeAid, an expenditure verification is commissioned. For the planned expenditure verification procedures and conditions, please refer to the Terms of Reference including its annexes.

The expenditure verification will take place at the end of the project for the period 01.01.2027-31.12.2028 at the place. The report language is English.

Please provide your offer, taking position in particular to the following points:
1. Membership in the IFAC
2. Qualification of the proposed employee
3. Presentation of your company and your experience, in particular in the area of verification of project funds of EU
4. Understanding of the audit order and the intended implementation
5. Asking price incl. tax and all expenses to be incurred, possibly travel expenses
